A comprehensive three-afternoon educational program designed specifically for small business owners who want to understand their finances.

Three Afternoons, Lasting Skills

Each session builds on the previous one, giving you time to practice between meetings.

Afternoon One: Foundation

You'll learn the basic system for recording daily transactions. We'll set up your business notebook together and you'll practice recording a full day of business activity. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what to write down and when.

By the end of this session, you'll have started your actual business records using real numbers from your business.

Afternoon Two: Understanding Costs

We review your practice records from the week and identify all the costs in your business. You'll learn to calculate true profit per product and understand which items actually make money for you.

This session includes practical exercises where you work through the math for your own products, identifying hidden costs you may not have considered.

Afternoon Three: Business Health

You'll learn to analyze your records to see patterns and trends. We cover how to separate business capital from personal money, and how to recognize when your business is growing versus when it's just staying busy.

You'll leave with a complete system you can maintain independently, plus the knowledge to make informed decisions about your business.

Small Group Learning

We keep workshop groups between 8 and 15 participants. This size allows our instructors to give individual attention while also creating opportunities to learn from other participants' questions and experiences.

You'll work with people who face similar challenges in their businesses. Many participants find that hearing how others handle specific situations provides valuable insights they can apply to their own operations.

The small group format means you can ask questions specific to your business situation and get practical answers that address your actual needs.

Choose Your Language

Every workshop is offered in both Guaraní and Spanish. When you register, you select the language you prefer, and the entire program is delivered in that language.

This isn't simultaneous translation or a mixed-language session. It's a complete workshop taught by a native speaker in the language where you're most comfortable thinking about your business.

All materials, examples, and discussions happen in your chosen language, ensuring you understand every concept clearly without language barriers.

What's Included

Three Workshop Sessions

Complete instruction over three afternoon sessions, each lasting approximately two and a half hours. Sessions are scheduled one week apart to give you time to practice.

Sample Forms

We provide sample recording forms and templates you can reference when setting up your own system. These are guides—you'll adapt them to your specific business needs.

Individual Guidance

Time during each session for individual questions and review of your specific records. Instructors help you apply the methods to your particular business situation.

Reference Materials

Simple reference sheets summarizing key concepts and procedures. These one-page guides help you remember the steps when you're back in your business.

What You Need to Bring

The tools for this system are simple and inexpensive.

Required Materials

One dedicated notebook for business records (any ruled notebook works)
Pen or pencil
Basic calculator (even a simple four-function calculator is sufficient)
Recent business information (approximate daily sales and purchases from the past week)

You don't need a smartphone, computer, or any special equipment. The entire system works with basic tools that cost just a few thousand guaraníes total.

After the Workshop

Ongoing Practice

The methods you learn are designed to become daily habits. Most participants spend less than ten minutes per day maintaining their records once they've established the routine.

The system grows with you. As you become comfortable with basic recording, you can add more detail or adjust categories to better match how your business operates.

You'll have the foundation to continue learning and refining your financial tracking independently, adapting the methods as your business changes and grows.
